To follow are some details contained within the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for your review. We believe the SEIS has under estimated the traffic impacts that will result from the proposal submitted by 47 Degrees North.

The 47 Degrees North Proposal does not contemplate fixing any of the traffic problems created as a result of the proposal. They offer to simply provide a small portion of the funds necessary to improve the traffic dilemma without any expectation that the road work will actually be completed. Gridlock is a guarantee of their plan.
